The analysis of education administration system was prepared to conduct the general analysis (“Benchmarking”) of the education system in the Kyrgyz Republic (KR), compare with the world tendencies in development of education systems by revealing the main distinctions and possible ways of force application for speedy modernization of the education administration system in the KR.
The other task of the analysis was to reveal available achievements and problems in the course of reformation of the education system existing for the 5 years (2010-2015) and propose measures aimed at improving the education system administration in Kyrgyzstan.
The analysis was prepared within the frameworks of the co-joint project of K.Adenauer Foundation and ecological movement “BIOM” implemented under support of the European Council –“Stimulation and monitoring of reforms in the education sector in the Kyrgyz Republic”.
