The problem of sustainable development of technical university is resolved with the help of the sustainable development concept and its adaptation to the educational activity. Ready-for-use model of sustainable development of technical university, its structure and functions are presented in the current article. Five levels of technical university development are presented that are based on the dynamics’ analysis of development of quality’s concept in all areas educational activities in technical university that can be called as five quality levels. Indicators, criteria and methods of aims’ achievements are presented for each level.
