The publication describes the assessment model and methodology for monitoring the physical security of the school educational environment (air-thermal regime, air temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide concentration level, access to clean drinking water, sanitation and hygiene issues). Also, the results of the pilot monitoring of the physical security of the school educational environment, the analysis of regulatory legal acts are described. Based on the results of the pilot monitoring, a list of recommendations was drawn up.
The publication was prepared in the framework of the joint project of the Foundation. K.Adenauer and the ecological movement “BIOM”, implemented with the support of the European Union – “Stimulating and monitoring reforms in education in the Kyrgyz Republic”. The aim of the project is to enhance the role and improve the capacity of the public council of the Ministry of Education and the KR and the expert community in the decision-making system for reforming the education system and increasing the transparency of reforms for society.
