The expert, a representative of the Public Expert Council for development of education under the KR President was attracted to regular meeting on April 23, 2015 at the request of the Public Council representatives for the purpose of implementation of the Project “Promotion and monitoring of educational reforms in the Kyrgyz Republic”. The expert was attracted to provide consultation on improving of transparency of the education system as well as on transparency of licensing educational institutions of all levels. In addition, experts, who were involved in the study, were invited to discuss the process of the study of educational needs of the Project’s target group and to discuss the content of the seminar coming in June 2015. Discussion results were included into minutes of the Council’s session.
